Sew & Tell Saturday June 8

Welcome to Sew & Tell Saturday!

There is a fascinating story about this dress which had started off as an unfinished sewing project in Soviet Russia in the 80's and not finished until the Project Sewn contest a few weeks ago . You will have to visit Olga's blog Kid Approved to read it!

The Washi Dress pattern would make a perfect maternity dress with a few tweaks. Katie from a Creative Counselor made an adorable version.

I TOTALLY love this little refashioned BOHO dress from Handcraftiness.

High fashion and sophisticated color blocking for the kids from Mie at Sewing Like Mad. C'est tres mignon, n'est pas?

Such cutie baby legs in these bubble shorts by Amy from Sews & Bows! I like the contrasting topstitching here!

Thanks for stopping by. Have a nice weekend and go make something pretty
