Spring Around Here

I've been trying to figure out Photoshop Elements . I have been using i-photo up until now and I could spend all day doing this.. if I didn't have a baby running around, a sick child home, a class to teach, and a house to clean! Any online tutorials you might know of that teach how to make photo collages would be appreciated very much!
