Welcome to Sew & Tell Saturday!
Here are some great projects featured from last week's link up:
The fabric on this skirt made at Pinspiring looks like a European fishing village. I love it for summer!
A nursing cover like this one from Toni from Sugar Tart Crafts made is a perfect gift for a mom to be. It's one of those gifts that she can have several of as well. A new mom could get really into it I suppose and match her nursing cover to her outfits... like I did sometimes!
I thought this dress Scruffy Badger made from the new Cambie dress from Sewaholic patterns was absolutely stunning! Polka dots! Piping! Pockets! A girl after my own heart...
Thanks to all of you who stopped by and are linking your projects.
Although I know I'm not one of the humongous projects link parties with 300 projects posted and thousands of page views a day, I do try to stop by and visit everyone posting. I have found some really great new blogs this way. But once in awhile the week catches up with me and I don't get a chance to leave comments for everyone.
Blogging requires discipline and sometimes we bloggers wonder, (or at last I do)"Why the heck am I doing this?"
Last year I took all of my posts and made them into a book and this year I plan to do the same. But I do leave out the link party posts. I hope to have the books for my kids and grandkids to read someday. I think they would make a very nice creative legacy to leave to our families, don't you?
So have your blog printed into a book. When you are a little old lady you can leaf through it and think, "I sure did have a lot of fun doing that blog!"
You won't remember any of the off days, of course.
So, thanks again!
I will start with my three projects from last week!
